Early registration ends August 8, 2022. All entries after August 8th will be charged the late entry rate.

Herd Fees: $25 herd fee will be refunded if you bring a helper to fill one of the many jobs on the day of the show. We are asking each exhibitor/herd to volunteer or bring a helper for the show day. If you are unable to help and don't have a helper to bring, you can pay the herd fee of $25 and we will use that toward hiring help for the show.
Positions needed: 3 Show Secretaries, 6 Ring Stewards, 3 BBQ Cooks, 2 concession booth, 2 Check-in, 4 Set up the day before the show, 4 Clean up after the show. You may request a specific job, but depending on our needs, we will put you in the positions most needed.
Youth Herd Fee: We are offering a discounted herd fee to youth members. Youth members showing does registered to them will have a discounted herd fee of $10 which will be refunded if you bring a helper to fill one of the many jobs on the day of the show.
Showmanship: Any youth with any breed is welcome to participate at no fee. No herd fee required. Proof of health testing is required.
Payment - All entries, changes and payments must be done on Showman before checking in. No checks accepted.
Parking- There is ample room for car or trailer parking in the parking lot.
Pens- Pens will be available for a refundable fee. Your pen must be cleaned to receive the refund. After cleaning your pen, come to the secretaries table to receive your pen fee refund.
Clean up- Please be responsible and clean your area at the end of the day. Pens must be cleaned before you leave. No shavings or bedding left in the pens. Pick up all trash. Haul your own milk out. We appreciate your cooperation with this matter.
Food- BBQ - Hamburgers and hot dogs, chips and drinks.

The junior & senior doe shows are separately sanctioned by the American Dairy Goat Association (ADGA) and their rules shall govern. Ages will be computed as of August 13, 2022.
